What does the free trial include?
Your 14-day trial gives you full access to the Standard plan — no restrictions, no card required. At the end of the trial, you choose whether to continue on the Standard plan or discuss Enterprise pricing.
Can I change plans after I sign up?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. We pro-rate everything fairly.
Do you offer discounts for charities or community groups?
We have a discretionary discount for registered charities and Right to Manage companies for buildings in demonstrably disadvantaged areas. Contact us to discuss.
Is the MTM compliance review really included?
Yes. Professional plan subscribers receive a quarterly review call with a member of the Murphy Thompson Moore team, covering your compliance calendar, any upcoming statutory deadlines, and any changes in leasehold law that affect your building. This is not an automated report — it is a real conversation with a qualified professional.
What does the accountant access portal do?
It gives your accountant read access to the relevant parts of your Leasehold Clarity account — typically documents, the compliance calendar, and service charge records. They can see what they need without you having to email documents back and forth.
